to know that your radiator is messed up is when it leaks or smoke comes out of it right? well there no signs of that but there is a fan thats attached to it and i never get to see it spin or whatever but my car seems fine, 96 hatch
if your car is fine why are you concerned. your fan will usually only turn on when it is really hot outside or when the car is moving. i barely ever noticed my radiator fan on my 99 EX going.
