rear bolt trick

I have searched and found nothing. I had this on my favorites list at one time but it disappeared somehow and I cant seem to find it again. I need the link on how to do the rear bolt trick to adjust my rear camber. If I cant get the link, just tell me what kind of bolt I need and how long I need it. If I need any special washer please let me know as well. I do know how to do the process, just need the thread pattern on the bolt. Its for a 00 civic.

I searched trick and bolt trick and i got nothing. Maybe i misspelled it, who knows.
