Rear SI Sway bar on 2000 Civic dx good?

i have an oem rear sway bar off an em1 and i was wondering if its good to throw it on a 00 civic dx
there have been write ups about putting it on a 00 dx but i was told the 4 holes do not have thread in them like the em1's and because of that, it wouldn't function the same or be safe?

any thoughts? anyone have an em1 (si) that can verify that those holes DO in fact have thread in them?

Now I'm not 100%, but those holes wouldn't be threaded. If anything they would have nuts tacked to them, and I know the LCAs don't. I highly doubt the subframe does either. Most likely there are just 12mm nuts behind them.
