rev but goes no where!

Hi everyone. Im going to try to explain the best i can. Okay, here goes. Let say if i was going 60MPH on 5th gear. the RPM gauge set at 2-3000RPM. when i gas harder the RPM jump to like 5-7000RPM and im still going like 60-65MPH. any one know whats wrong? maybe clutch is wearing out? Oh yeah when i start from 1st gear i have to rev 3000RPM to go. Please help! cant speed er race anyone....so when im trying to go from 60+ i have to down shift to 4th gear so it wont rev so high

that would be a worn out clutch. put a new one in and resurface your flywheel and you will be golden

definately get your flywheel resurfaced so you can get rid of scorching that may appear from driving it w/ bad clutch

Yeah it's your clutch that happend to me in my teg. Replace it and you should be good to go, and yeah resurface the flywheel while your at it

yeah im getting that deal on ebay. that EXEDY Clutch & FIDANZA Flywheel so hehee
