Reverse Lights Won't Turn On

1999 Honda Civic 4dr, reverse lights wont come on, they get no current to the bulb which was just changed. I believe it is the reverse switch (i hear its on the transmission) but i cant find exactly where it is. Can i get a diagram or picture of where it is/what it looks like. And do i have to get my hands dirty doing this moving parts and what not or does the switch get replaced quick. Whats an average eta, thanks.

Did you voltage test fuse 19?

Thanks RonJ, it was fuse 19. I checked the fuse box under the hood and it was i believe 7.5a and it was fine, didnt think of checking the one under the steering wheel.
