rough idle stall

Ok I have a 93 civic ex 1.6 vtec and recently it started idling rough when I pull up and stop at a light
It idles so low it almost stalls. Here is what I've done so far, new iacv new O2 sensor cleaned the throttle body new air filter new fuel filter new plugs wires and distrubutor I did a compression test and the compression is fine. If I push all the way down on the break it will idle up for a minute then drops back down. If I have the AC or the heat on it doesn't idle as bad. Can anyone help please.

Did you mess with your idle nut at all?

EGR is brand spanking new, and no I wouldnt think I would have to with a brand new IACV, because it was doing it before I replaced, but correct me if I am wrong.
