rough idle when stopped

Hi

I have a 2005 Civic with 218k miles, recently I have a rough idle when stopped, the rough idle stops when I turn the Blow Motor Fan knob off. Turning the fan back on starts the rough idle again.

Anyone ever hear of this?

Just the fan or do you mean A/C?

"Fan" - Heat, A/C, Front Defroster, any fan function. When the Fan is off, the idle goes down. And I just realized this is in wrong form :-)
