rough idling

my 1995 civic has been running rough lately. it has well over 220,000 miles and i have never changed the pcv valve. where is it located. also she has been burning oil lately does that mean she is about to go.

the fact that shes burnin oil.. does not mean she's about to go. it's a civic thing !! mine doesn't burn oil... but my best friends does and has for well over 2 years now but other than that shes all good.
