selling my civic

My friend is instrusted in buying my civic, not sure if im going to or not, but if i do how much should i sell it for?

i fix the trim so it looks alot better, got rid of the fog lights, repainted the hood and i got a new intake and a full set of tokico struts, and some lowering springs. i have about 108,xxx miles on it, runs just fine.
how much should i go for?
