shaking car

My car has been violently shaking recently. It starts after my car has been running for about 5-10 mins. It shakes at all speeds and starts shaking violently around 30 mph. It also shakes when braking until I come to a complete stop, then when stopped, I hear a knocking noise on and off. I just had the timing belt replaced in March. Any advice is much appreciated! Thanks.

So this is a vibration issue coming from the motor? if it is it might be a motor mount issue... does it go away when you put the clutch in ( if its a standard) ? I know I have a rear motor mount gone and it makes a sound like the struts are gone, and when i go to shift it will shake the car slightly from the tourqe...
