Posted previously about a coolant leak, which turned out to be the intake manifold gasket.. in the process of getting the IM off I cracked the tip off of an injector.
The injector closest to the trans, little brown plastic cap on the needle end, very very brittle on this one, the other three are quite hard and healthy looking.
All the parts houses balked, said I had to replace the whole injector, true? And what would make it get brittle in the first place?
