Did you even shop around? Snow tires are made in almost every size by about every major brand. Just off the top of my head from supplying them for Porsche & Audi at work, Michelin, Pirelli, Dunlop, Continental, and Bridgestone all have snow/winter tires in their lines in just about EVERY rim size.
Poke around on tirerack.com and you should find what you are looking for. That or pick you favorite local tire shop and go ask.
