so yeah here's the deal, i have a 95 CX and i am planing on doing auto cross and i tend to be a "spirited driving" the body has around 286,xxx the goal is to strengthen the body PRIOR to adding any aftermarket parts,

so i was wondering what all methods all of us on here can come up with

so far i know about stitch/seam welding and filling the rails with Urethane foam.

anyone else? also if you have any experience with anything that gets listed let me know things that were the pros and cons of that way to do things

LETS GO ! ! ! ! !

Kind of hard to come up with anything else without adding/replacing parts...

But see replacing bushings isn't exactly aftermarket parts, its routine maintence lol go with poly urethane ones that will help

Bushings was the first thing I was going to say, if you're going to replace them might as well go w/ aftermarket.

put a cage in it
Im trying to avoid a cage for as long as the build and entry level will change based on the prep of the car.

but i do intend on a cage once i have figured out exactly which class i want the car to run in.
