Sohc for sale?

Does anybody know a good place to find a sohc block for sale? I'm looking for a d16y7 or y8. I live in jax fl so if you know anything please let me know. Thanx!

Craigslist or local tuning shops might have some motors. People swap in DOHCs all the and sometimes just leave their engine to the shop, you can probably find one easily.

Yea the only thing is we dont have too many tuning shops around here, the one that we had closed down about a year ago.

lol yeah come to ft worth texas. just about EVERY shop does dozens of swaps from SOHC to DOHC. they have so many SOHC laying around, all you have to do is ask and they will give almost give them away to get them out of the way. good luck my friend!

Don't know if this is taboo, if so, sorry.

But Honda-Tech has a good market place where you can post wtb threads or something and also you can do this in your area so you could pick it up or something ( nice to do with heavy things that are spendy on shipping )
