I cheated and found 9 changes.

 

[96 DX Hatch]

1- blacked out one window in the top row, near middle. very top of image

2- removed the 2 people standing at the top right of image, above the line of windows

3- removed the piping line about half way between #1 and #2, little bit further down, maybe like 1/4 an inch

4- near middle/left, where the 3 blue overlays over windows are on boat, the MIDDLE ONE, furtherst window out from the left side has the black shades removed

5- right along left side, little lower than middle, the white poll on main level near people is removed

6- same area as #5, little bit more to the right... the little blue thing on ground level is removed

7- same area at #5 and #6, little lower, near water level, little more over to the right, the radiator looking thing (white) ... there's a black crease in bottom, seperated into 4 sections. the little white dot in the middle of the left section is missing.

8- sams as above, only the white dot in the right section is missing too

9- where all the yellow life jackets are hanging, the one furthest right that originally was yellow with red fade at bottom, is now ALL yellow

10- almost directly below #9, the furthest left blue jet ski's seat is now green

11- on the main pole sticking out of water in bottom right portion of pic, the top dot in the righ side white plastic trim is missing

12- the trim of brown wood at bottom of white plastic paneling, right near water level, directly below #11, is missing as well.

Nice, but um, your 7 & 8 are counted as one in my list of changes
There's just 1 more change. But nice eyes on that stuff

01 - 4th window from the right on middle row of windows closed
02 - Red part of life vest now yellow
03 - Removed blue tie-off thing on the dock inbetween two left boats
04 - 2 People in top right corner removed from the balcony
05 - 2nd jetski from the left now has green seat
06 - Window in upper level above the 3rd lifeboat from the left removed
07 - Lightpole removed from deck near #3
08 - Rust mark on bottom of pole on right taken care of
09 - Dot missing farther up on the pole in #9
10 - Pipe removed inbetween lifeboat 4 and the mini boat
11 - Two support things underneath storage bin by two small boats on left removed
