If you have bumps you should probably sand it down and start over
Have you ever painted anything?

Anyway back to topic, Let it dry, use an extremely fine grit sand paper and wet sand it. Some of the clear will be removed and you can reclear with 2-3 coats. Where did you paint it? Chances are it was too cold where ever you did it at

In the past i have but i did a lot of research and practice before i worked on this piece. Annd thats what i figured, but yeah i painted it in a garage so it wasnt that cold at all.

lol no sorry that comment about painting anything before wasnt meant for you.

Wet Sand it down a little and reclear it. if the paint itself is bad then yes sand it down and start over but its not automatically necessary
