today i was driving my car and i hit a bump pretty hard. now everytime i go over a little bump from the driver front wheel well, i hear a squeaking noise. its pretty anoying and i have no idea what it could be/ also my car is slammed on stock struts with coilovers.

i would get it checked out, it could be your break pads dented off track, causing it to scrap against your rotor. This happened to me before also, i hit a pot hole real hard, and moments later i heard a slight scraping of metal, then as i gradually drove further, it became louder and louder, so loud to the point when it was piercing my ears like nails on a chalkboard, so loud that it could have been heard by anyone inside there houses, hearing me go by. but thats my .02 i dunno if ur is as severe as that, but i'd check on that 
thats your problem...you blew whichever front strut when you hit that pothole....needs replacement
