squeaky noise coming from front pass wheel

hey can anyone help me identify this noise. happens when i take off from a light or stop sign, its like a clinking noise plus when i go over speed bums it squeaks..i thought it was the ball joint but it wasnt.my friend said it could be the shocks.....ANY IDEAS???

Could be a number of things...shocks, shock bushing, spring, control arm bushing just to name a few. Probably best to get it on a lift and start shaking it down.
