starting problems ive tried everything

Hey all I've recently had a b18b1 swapped into my 98hx I've had problems starting since day one it will start jump to 2k and the just fall to 0 if I hit the throttle it bogs and dies faster if I partially hit it repeatedly it will revup but do the same and die. It does this nonstop until the engine warms up

I've replaced

Plugs / wires
Iacv from a good working motor
Throttle body with the map and tps from working motor
Fuel pressure regulator

One sensor I see that is not plugged in is the one bolted into the top of the intake manifold just can't fit out what it is.

Also I've been told I should try changing my iat intake air temp sensor

Any other suggestions I hate having this problem everytime I start my car when its not warm

after i start it and it dies like 5 times it will start and move from 1krpm to like zero literallly stall but catch itself right before then jump back to 1k aand continue the process until it is fully warm, anyone have or had this issue?
