steering issues, jerks very violently to the right really bad please help!

hey all im having some serious issues started a few days ago very rarely it would happen but tonight it became very bad. if im driving and i decelerate or just start to accelerate my steering pulls to the right very very bad like someone sharply turned the wheel also makes a clanking noise, it happened like 15 times on the way home from work, i checked my tires there all good also, when im sitting still if i turn the wheel i hear a clanking noise when i turn it back and forth steering seems to be straight and smooth otherwise when this problem isnt happening.

also i have no power steering. i got a b18b1 swap with a gsr tranny and it did not come with it.

any suggestions ? i need to get back and forth to work

It's most likely your cv halfshaft. Check to see if the boot is torn, and if it is, you'll most likely need a replacement.
