Strange Noise at Idle

Hey all, I have a 2004 civic dx 4-door manual, and sometimes at idle when the engines warmed up (at about 800 rpm) theres this weird whining/chirping noise coming from the engine bay somewhere. Cant quite figure out from where though. It doesnt happen all the time and it disappears if i give it a shot of gas. Holding the throttle to get 900-1000 rpm results in no noise as well. Any and all help is greatly appreciated =)

Do you only hear the noise when the A/C is on?

Also check the drive belt. It may be loose or worn.
