Stuck/melted spark plug!!

I have half of a spark plug, that is stuck in the cylinder from the spark plug boots melting. We have been trying for hours to get this spark plug out and it just won't budge. We are assuming that it is stuck b/c of the rubber/plastic melting onto the spark plug. And now that the car is cool the spark plug is stuck. Any suggestions or help would be amazing.

Sounds less like melted rubber and more like someone didnt use anti-seize on the spark plug threads before putting them in. They are stuck because of the heat and moisture partially fusing them to the head.

Have had to helicoil plenty of spark plug holes from people not installing them correctly and the threads in the head get destroyed trying to get them out.
