suggestions for mods to a b16a engine?

im in australia and is about to go buy a 96-98 vti-r hatch, what mods do you suggest i should get for the engine? budget to be decided after i see how much i can bargain the car to

Park bench wing - 15 hp
Offset Racing stripes over the length of the body - 10hp
Neons - 5 hp
Decals from companies you don't have parts from - 3 hp/each

Roughly 40 hp extra unless you invest a lot in the decals.

first thing i would do is get a very aggressive cam and some head work done if u have a lot of money

since your on a budget..the 3 basic bolt ons is always a good start. intake/header/exhaust.

if your poor go turbo? going turbo and having it tune and maintain is not cheap. plus turbo is consider a bolt on. so you lose respect for people who have turbo??

i did i/h/e and just ordered skunk2 cams and valve train. should be a fun ride. i'll let you know. oh you should get hondata. you'll need it at some point
