T & A (turbo's for auto's)

Sorry if this has already been discussed,

But I was wondering about the pro's/con's/realiability/safety of using a turbo for my 93 ex (sohc d16z6) which has an automatic trans.

I am only interested in mild boost mainly for daily driving
(5-6 psi)

I will prob jus get the greddy kit and wan't to keep it as clean, simple, safe, realiable, and carb legal as possible!

My car has a lot of milage on it (140K) but motor and tranny is still running in very good condition.

I am currently only running IHE. There are no internals done or no other major stuff.

Will this be okay to run a turbo for my car under these circumstances?

if not, what are my alternatives?

dunno if that auto tranny can handle that boost man, i guess it should hold up if your only boosting minimum boost.. but i hear that the honda autotrans are teh suX0rZ

so would i be better off spending that money on stuff like nos or internals instead?

wish i could tell yah, but im not quite sure when it comes to honda and auto's . . .

i would venture a guess that a 75 dry shot of NOS wouldnt hurt you

actually, i suppose you could get a new torque converter for your auto tranny. . . .
