this is my 3'rd civic in three years guys, how sad is that?

i've had a 2002 Civic SI (17" Motegi's, AEM intake, Skunk2 exhaust)
a 1994 civic EX (coilovers, intake, exhaust, headers, GSR interior)
and now this, haha.

i wanted an EK hatch since the beginning, but i couldnt find one around here, i finally did

question, if i swapped the head off of a D16Y8 onto my Y7,
would i need the Y8 ECU? or can my Y7 handle it?

Your Y7 ECU will run it, but you wont have VTEC. Grab a Y8 ECU, then of course the proper intake / TB so you can do the 3-wire to 2-wire conversion.

now i just gotta decide what i want to buy first, i was originally going to swap a 99-00 front end, but i've changed my mind.

either way, i'l switching out that shift knob first, i have a Blox neochrome series 490 shift knob off my eclipse that i bought a month ago

same thread pitch, so thats the first "mod" that will be done.
i can't stand how long that shifter is though, i may order a B&M Short shifter soon, i also made a crown royal shift boot
so thats another "mod"

just a blah update.

Look at your vin #, you'll see it right away...
