Hello I have a 92 civic cx hatch with a d16y7 im using my d15 dizzy and my stock intake. i just changed the timing belt. it idles fine no pings or knocks. i lined up the cam marks with the up in the right spot and then i put on my crank pully and lined it up with the solo white mark. is this right? it seems wo run a lil sluggish but it could be me, ignition timing is right at the red line. thanks for the input

Sounds like you did it all correctly- could be the ECU that's causing it to drag her heals. ...

Are you sure the distributor is adjusted correctly as well? The ECU being the issue is far fetched and usually not the case, but you have an OBD2 engine and havent specified which ECU your using. Are you still running on the OBD1 ECU?

Best advise: adjust the timing see what happens, id advance it and see if that helps.
