Tiny air filters?

I see these tiny air filters in advanced auto parts and ive seen them on b16s coming of the valve cover where the air sensor tubing is. What exactly are they for and what are they called?

I have looked on google but havent found anything about them.

They're pvc breather filters, people use them so the crank case vapor won't go back into the intake.

People use them because their "high performance" intake didn't come with a port to plug the stock tubing into.

Thats what I thought. Isnt there a sensor they would have to mess around with though?

And they make you gain like 14 and 1/2 hp, if you get the red one. Silver and blue are only 9 hp.

I was thinking about the black one which would give me about 23

No way, I'm going with the carbon fiber one for light weight. Easy 40hp especially with the included sticker
