tire tuck question..

if i were to lower my hx to to eliminate wheel gap and maybe even tuck a little do i need chamber kits?

Nah, just get an alignment.

all you can adjust is the toe. If you goto get an alignment they are going to tell you they cant do it cuz nothing is adjustable,but the toe. Tell them you just want your toe adjusted and you will be fine. I had close to a negative 2" camber for 3 months now and no tire wear yet so you will be just fine

it all depends how wide your wheels are. if you're on factory size wheels, you'll be fine. i have a 15x8 setup but my coilovers gave me mad camber so i didnt need a kit to angle them in so they'll fit

Yeah with that kind of a drop camber kits aren't necessary.
