I use a Canon EOS 500D DSLR. I have a tri-pod set up in the back seats, one leg is on the 'hump' on the floor, and the other two are at the middle of the seat, somewhat in the corners of the seams. I use the seat belts to keep it stable and basically the best camera mount for free.

Definitely not the easiest and I really can't do anything to the camera while I drive. It has it set backs.
