tranny prob???

this mornin i was driving to school, and my car was making a weird noise, kind of sounded like a dying dog...whistling type sound.
and when i was slowin down, my car kind of jerked back n fourth...idk, i think somethin might be wrong with the tranny...its an 95 automatic civc...anyone know what could be wrong?

Sounds like the torque convertor. Mine did that squealing and jerking in an old automatic nissan I had.Sure enough it was the torque convertor.

tranny fluid is fine. but its still kickin a lil. it does it at random times...idk
