Tranny question

Will the gears from out of a cable b series tranny, fit into a hydro b series tranny?
my friend says he has the gears out of a cable tranny with an lsd that went through a flood back in September, but the gears look clean, and I have a hydro ls tranny that im putting in when i do my ls swap, that if i could have a next to free lsd and higher gear ratio gears i wouldn't complain.

i would think they would, but i know nothing about trasmissions...
