Khafka23 New Member Mar 29, 2012 #6 I have a standard transmission 2005 civic. On occasion in first gear (hot or cold) when accelerating slowly, the whole car vibrates very badly. I took it to a mechanic and he couldn't get it to do it, and said that everything looked normal.
