Turbo-back??

i know this might sound like a dumb question but do yo need a turbo-back exhaust if you have a turbo?? my car isn't turbo charged but i was just curious

All a turbo back really is is just a downpipe (sometimes uppipe) and a catback...

*And yes, you will need those parts.
