Turn signals are acting weird

Recently my cars turn signals aren't working right. If I put them on, they'll stay on for a sec or two but then stop blinking, as if they're unable to stay on. Sometimes they stay on for a while flawlessly, sometimes they suck. What can be causing this?

I have speakers subs and 2 pairs of hid kits. can low power be a problem? Will a bigger battery help?

your probably overloading your charging system.

I would check if the car has a thermal flasher relay. It will be clicking when the blinkers actually work. I could be the module at the steering column though.

i had a similar problem like this a while back, it turned out my flasher relay was just loose... under the dash check if the relay is seated (also check on the backside of the relay on the fuse box if the harness is loose)
