Valve Cover painting question?

Idk f this has already been asked. If so then my bad, but do you have to buy a new gasket when you take the valve cover off?

its a good idea, always change a gasket when u get the chance. i always changed it when i took my vc off. its to cheap to chance it

you don't have to, but since you've got the vc off might as well go ahead and do it, fairly inexpensive for the piece of mind

make sure u put some vc gasket silicone on both side.

get the oem honda gasket. and you dont really need to put the silicone all over on both sides, just around the main corners and bends.

its better to replace to the VC gasket whenever you take off the VC.
