Hey I bought and had installed the Viper 5701 system in my car, it has been a nice system. But yesterday I went and bought the viper smart start box to add on to my system so I can use my phone to lock and un-lock the car and now remote start it. I just bought it and they said I could install it myself. So i get it home and the install was a piece of cake, but I have to get online to activate it, but I have to be a licensed installer, which i am not.... I called Best buy back and they said that they cant enter my info because they didnt install it and it would be on them if something went wrong. And I cant get a password from them either. so any ideas or you think i am just out $220.00
