voltage stabilizer

ok i heard alott of things about a voltage stabilizer....that it increases torque that it gets you better gas milage....etc.
i just wanna kno if any of this is true or what it really does?....

doubt it does anything....might help you get better starts in the winter, but i doubt u get any power increase...try it and let us know how it turns out

TPR Magazine dyno tested a voltage stabilizer (apexi i believe) and got like 2hp from it on a b16. ill try to find the link

it was a Sun Auto voltage regulator and it was tested on a delslow:

but like say if you are running alot of electronics in your car, would a voltage stabilizer be helpful for the battery ??

well youre going to have to come up with some evidence to back up your opinion, otherwise i think TPR magazine says it all :what:

probably wouldnt hurt, but i dont know if its a greatly cost-effective investment
