i guess i'll REALLY have to enter the next contest

both are good pictures, both expressed this theme in a personal matter... not going with the "norm" when you think of a window to the soul

the first i'm guessing is a place where they feel at peace, the second is an action that i'd say probably conveys the same sort of emotions....
both are great pics, great composition, and great subject matter, but pic 1 just suits me better
