wago isnt getting spark

recently bought an 89 wago non-running. motor is the dpfi d15b2. previous owner said it just stopped running on him, thinking it may of been a bad coil..anyways, it turns over but wont start, ive replaced distributor, tried different ECUs, checked my wiring, ect and still cant figure it out, its forsure not getting spark..need help asap.

bought a new dizzy so coil would be fine, right?

dizzy usually doesnt come with one i thought. if so test it still and the icm take to ur local autozone they will test it for free.

How did you test for spark?

Does the fuel pump prime?

Any CEL codes?

Did the timing belt snap?

yes it primes. no CEL codes. and no it didnt snap.

Does battery voltage reach the coil and igniter unit inside the distributor?
