yes it is my 95 rebuild and thats with the IAC valve unhooked....as in the electrical connector not the entire sensor...it runs much higher with ecu trying to do its job.

bump? nobody.... well from the blown headgasket the oil was thinned from coolant still in system so i changed oil again and that whine is alot less.... and the engine runs with the IACV disconnected...
