what are all the parts needed to do a automatic to manual transmission swap?

ok so i want to switch my automatic 97 civic lx to a manual transmission, and im also gonna be switching the engine out for a b18c ITR and want to know all the parts ill need to do it. im from canada so im not sure if that makes a difference for what i want to do. it would be much appreciated if i can get some help been wanting to do this for a really long time.
