today- tryin to replace an axle on my 91 hatchback.
well didn't even get started on the axle since i spent all day trying to get the axle nut off and broke a ratchet and a breaker trying to get it off.

need to get get a breaker bar tomorrow.

if i get that off i need to:

replace both axles
change transmission fluid
replace thermostat
change wheels
and change spark plugs/wires

to get the EF ready to take down to school.... that is, if i can get these damn axle nuts off.

Looked at the CEL and wondered how much it was going to cost me to replace the TPS.

Nothing as it is sitting at a local repair shop because its leaking coolant and they couldn't fix it. Have to take it to the dealer...

This thread reminds me... I need new rotors and pads. Car shakes like f**k when braking and balancing is out of the question.

Thanks cc

I'm bumping this because it already exists. Damn...Ryan's gone :(.

I got 2 snow tires mounted and balanced today on an extra set of steelies for $25 :woot:. I haven't bought new tires in 3 years. They feel sssooo smooth.

/\ had that happen one time with my old stock exhaust luckily i was a few block away from my house. All of a sudden it got really loud and i was like what truck is so damn loud and what the hell did i just run over. Then it was ohh s**t thats me making that noise and my exhaust is bouncing up and down hitting the ground.

NGK spark plugs and wires are going in later.

Last night I ended up putting my hub caps back on with the snow tires since the steelies I got them mounted on were black and I had painted mine white previously. Didn't want them mis-matching and looking ricey and I'm too lazy to paint them in this weather.
