what is this block off??

tried searching but to no avail. i am wondering what the block off plate from honda is there for next to the moonroof, and mirror control is. in a 00 civic ex, what could be there or would be there if it was not blocked off? thanks in advance.

no because if you dont have the switch, you dont have the harness

^ Exactly. Since you dont have Fog Lights on your Car, you do not have the Wiring Harness. When you purchase them they include the Wiring so you can run it yourself. You actually already have some wiring going from your Fuse Box to the Engine Bay. The OEM Fog Lights come with 2 Harnesses, the Engine Bay Harness and then the Underdash/Switch Harness.

The Block Off Plate is for the Fog Lights as stated by sk8shorty017, not for the Bumper Pole like deemee said. The Bumper Pole Switch goes in the Center Console/Armrest Plugs.
