EX the civic RS 01-03 did not have k20a3 it still have a 1.7L D17. The LX an DX do not however have VTECH therefore are not considered Ferio's. The RS was not in the US any civics what are branded that way are after market medications. So in summery EX is a "Ferio RS" in Japan.
