yea there eyelids. if you want to get them just google headlight eyelids for honda civic, they are mostly on ebay though. sorry but i have never seen these on the civic. actually my first time they look pretty cool

And gay. You forgot the gay bit. Way too played out, looks stupid and ruins the lines of the car. Plus they look like they were super glued on. Car wouldnt be too bad with out all that gay crap. Turned a sick civic into a pos.
