they make adapter's for almost every bolt pattern. now, why you wouldn't just do a 5 lug conversion idk. more solid. imho wheel adapters add a spot of weakness and vulnerability to a spinning part. not something id personally use.
and from what i've found, for 2 4x100 to 5x114.3 adapters, its almost 250 bucks. so for a full set of 4 you're looking at 500 bucks. deff. not worth it in my opinion.
