Whining from timing belt area?

Hey guys,
Just did a complete timing kit on my 96 EX coupe. Included timing belt, tensioner and spring, water pump, all seals, and all drive belts. I noticed after that my car had a whine from the timing belt area. Heres a youtube video of a car with the exact same noise. Although I trust you guys more then the youtubers so I was hoping someone here has had the same problem and might have a difinitive answer! Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks alot guys. Belt tension is probably off. Either too tight or too loose.
