White Smoke

My 93 Ex is blowing white smoke. Oil level is fine, not overheating or losing coolant. I'm stumped. Honda can't figure out if it is the head gasket being blown, head being cracked or valve gaskets. Anyone have any similar issues. Wife wants me to sell if I can't get it fixed. Please help!!!

Are you sure it's not just water condensation produced in cold winter weather?

Has the cooling system been pressure tested?

Have cylinder compression and leak down tests been done?
