who would win in a race between a stock 2003 2.5s auto nissan altima and a 1991 (stick) civic hatch with a d16y7 wired with vtec?

i know the altima comes stock with 175hp and i think 180 lbs of torque.
all the civic has is vtec and a 6 puck clutch.

I have a pretty broad definition of "pretty quick". Civics are slow. SI's are decently / pretty quick. S2000's are pretty fast. etc. It's kinda more like what words I want to pick when describing something .
