when i shift to my third gear i hear grinding sometimes and sometimes it even throws it to neutral???why please any one your comments are greatly appreciated !!!
your synhcro's are going out, try changing your tranny fluid, maybe even putting synchromesh in it. If that doesn't stop the grinding then you will either need to get the synhcro's replaced (might as well do them all) or get another tranny.
